Could I ask you to make a small edit to clarify what you wrote under the heading “Omega-6 Fats”? You wrote: “an ideal ratio is considered 4-1:1; 7.” I find this very confusing. I suspect you mean something like “between 4:1 and 1:1 (Footnote #7).”
